Frank Emil Moen

Frank Emil Moen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Energy Innovation in Egersund, a company specializing in GWO certifications, education, and research and development activities related to onshore and offshore wind energy and environmental technology. Moen holds a graduate degree in marine biology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He has played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the Egersund Energy Hub, and the Norwegian Offshore Wind Cluster, and currently chairs the board of the Norwegian Competence Center for Offshore Wind. He is also a board member at the University of Stavanger. Moen is regional captain of the Norwegian Centre of Vocational Excellence for Offshore Wind. With over 25 years of leadership experience in education and corporate management, Moen is also the author of “Marine fish & invertebrates of Northern Europe,” a comprehensive 800 pages reference work on marine fauna that has been published in seven Norwegian editions, as well as in English and Swedish.
